"Magic Carpet Ride" by Steppenwolf (Performed by Daniel and Santiago)

Daniel:
I find my first victims - the young woman dancing with Lestat and the Brat Prince himself. Crossing the floor, my eyes never leaving their faces, I move between the two of them and launch into the first verse.

On a cloud of sound I drift in the night

Santiago:
Never being one to pass up a dare, I walk over to Laurent and Sybelle for the second verse, leaning gently against the table and picking up the decorative lamp on the middle of the table.

Last night I held Aladdin's lamp
And so I wished that I could stay
Before the thing could answer me
Well, someone came and took the lamp away
I looked around, a lousy candle's all I found

Daniel and I finish up together with the chorus.
