I feel his hand tighten on my waist. I slide my hand up over it, squeezing slightly. I look out into the crowded club, but my eyes do not see anything but the words and music.

As the song ends, I lean in, kissing him slowly. My eyes open, so that I can look into his eyes. As the kiss ends, I back up and smile slowly. I face the crowd, shrug with a lopsided smile, and pull Laurent after me, off the stage.
